Hi all,
Just writing this post to provide some housekeeping information. A reader let me know today that Mary Faulkner's books are really hard to find, even if you look for her numerous pen names. I did some digging and confirmed this as well.
This is Tress, and I's bad. We didn't think to check to see if Mary's books were still in circulation. We kind of just assumed that since she's credited to so many books, they'd be available.
As a result, we're updating the prompt for #13 Read a book by Mary Faulkner or one of her aliases. If you can find one and still want to read one of her books, go for it. However, if not, here's an alternate prompt:
Read a book from one of the authors on this list: The Top 21 Most Prolific Writers of All Time - Owlcation
Tress also suggests reading an author we've listed from previous years.
These include:
- Georges Simenon
- John Irving
- Isaac Asimov
- Brandon Sanderson (who has at least 4 new books coming out this year)
- Agatha Christie
